I have given numerous teaching training input sessions in a variety of formats both Online and Face-to-Face. I have created robust Learning and Development Programmes for several private language organisations taking into account the varying levels of experience and skills of the cohorts.
I have been a Learning and Development Manager for Cambridge University Press (CUP) since July 2020. Responsible for the Teaching Development of Japanese State School Secondary Teachers on two six-month programmes for the Japanese Ministry of Education.
I am an experienced and qualified online and face-to-face teacher trainer and since 2016 have been an online teacher trainer with IHWO OTTI training adult professionals on the following courses:

I am a qualified and experienced CELTA & DELTA Tutor. Since September 2020 I have been giving input sessions on CELTA & have been the sole tutor on a DELTA ELTM Course. I am an approved DELTA Local Tutor for the British Council/IH London Distance DELTA, I am a tutor preparing candidates for DELTA Module 1 and have tutored on the ELTManagement Module with CELTAthens since September 2020. I have carried out in-house teacher-training in several schools which, in one case, lead to my team becoming published teachers on Macmillan’s onestopenglish site. I have designed bespoke teacher training schemes for three major ELT centres and trained both private and state sector school teachers in a wide variety of topics all around the world.
I have given teacher training input sessions at international conferences both face-to-face and online and designed bespoke online teacher training courses using Edmodo, Canvas and Moodle in which I am also a certified user. I have written Teacher Training materials for the Department of Education of Egypt I am a Certified Google Educator and Guest Teacher Trainer for the Spanish Teacher Training Course at Oxford House based on Barcelona.

In collaboration with Macmillan's OneStopEnglish site I helped ALL the teachers of one Language School become published authors through the Lesson Share competition. Some teachers went on to write for other publishers and at least two are now school owners!
