As an integral part of the firm's global marketing team, I directed the development and rollout of the Baker McKenzie visual identity in 70+ offices and 46 countries. Successful launch was crucial in creating a strong and positive impression in the market and set the tone for the brand's identity, positioning, and reputation. The rollout instilled confidence in stakeholders and partners, fostering trust in the new identity's potential. Seamless collaboration with creative, technology, operations, and legal teams enabled the implementation of thousands of products and assets in both digital and traditional channels.
I also manged the the firm's brand architecture and application of multiple levels of messaging and sub-brands across touchpoints, with particular emphasis on value proposition playbooks, design toolkits, and sales enablement materials.
I directed the development of Baker McKenzie’s Reinvent Challenge, a global innovation and engagement program designed to encourage employees to explore emerging technologies, rethink traditional workflows, and embrace more innovative ways of working, including artificial intelligence. The initiative used gamification, storytelling, and interactive digital experiences to drive participation and awareness.
For the Firm's 75th Anniversary, I contributed to the development of the visual identity and supporting event branding, which was implemented across digital, environmental, and large-format applications throughout the global Annual Meeting experience.
While Marketing and Sales Director at Baumeister Electronic Architects, I was responsible for successfully driving sales at one of the nation’s premier custom home theater and residential systems companies. In tandem with creating and executing a detailed marketing plan, I managed a team of design consultants and facilitated a complex consultative sales process.
