Welcome to Patronus 101!  I am your teacher for this class, February Fortescue. 

Like many people, I've been fascinated with Patronuses ever since I first read about them in the Harry Potter series. They reminded me somewhat of Spirit Animals and Totem Animals. I have some Cherokee ancestry; I am descended from the Wolf Clan so my interest was sparked and I began to do research which would make even Hermione Granger proud! 

This is a one term class. We will be discussing all things Patronuses! In general, this covers: what a Patronus is, how you cast one, who can cast one, what the different Patronus forms represent, and quite possibly, your own Patronus form! I hope you enjoy this class as much as I've enjoyed creating it.
