• Redesign of MioTutor: an application used by tutors to write and consult evaluations on the workers under its unit and better calibrate their path of growth. 

• Achieved with Reverse Design Sprint methodology. 

• Interviewing tutors from Alpi to gather data in order to better evaluate and redesign MioTutor.

• Final presentation in 5 minutes too showcase the problem and the solution.

• The objective of the challenge was to solve, in the best possible way, the issue of mass tourism and the saturation of the Dolomite mountain passes.
