Commanding Officer: c/CDR Weber, Izzy

As the CO, I bridge the gap between the instructors and the students. I also ensure all designated tasks are completed on time and per the instructors’ wishes.

Fun fact: I love all music, but if I had to pick a favorite band, it would be Stray Kids

Executive Officer: c/LCDR Tolentino, Tailani

As the executive officer I am in charge of all the staff. I communicate any upcoming tasks to staff per their departments and ensure they are followed through with.

Fun fact: i have 13 birds

Command Master Chief: c/MCPO Lai, Christina

I represent the cadets of the patriot battalion and act as a bridge between the enlisted ranks and upper leadership. I also oversee PCs, officers, and their platoons.

Fun fact: i can fly a plane

Command Operations Officer: c/LCDR Tran, Vy

As the operations officer, I take care of event planning for the battalion and work closely with the operations chief and the rest of command team to ensure events run safely and smoothly. 

Fun fact: my favorite game is persona 4

Operations Chief: c/SCPO An, Johnathan

As Operations Chief, I work with the Operations Officer to plan and coordinate battalion events. I am also responsible for updating the Plan of the Week and sending out After-Action Reports to the team commanders/officers responsible.

Fun fact: I love chess & VGC. 

Battalion Team Commander:  c/LCDR Chase, Julie

As the battalion team commander I am in charge of all of our navy league and patriot teams. I schedule practices, run competitions, and communicate with TCs to keep practices effective. I also serve as the 5th member of command team and help make decisions, supervise events, and help whenever they need it. 

Fun fact: I want to be a firefighter, and I live on a farm

N-1 Admin Officer: c/Lopez-Barrios, Isabella

As Admin Officer my job is tracking cadet performances, events, and participation through using tools and data entry to keep the battalion organized.

Fun fact: I like to volunteer in my community whether it be volunteering outdoors or public office work.

N-1 Admin Chief: c/ Le, Han

I help keep track of all the battalion events and cadet achievements and participation. I make sure that everything stays organized so the battalion runs smoothly! 

Fun fact: I love to crochet!

N-2 Educations Officer: c/Uribe, Vanessa 

It’s me and Gabe's job to make sure the entire battalion knows what they need to know in terms of knowledge! always feel free to come ask a question 

Fun fact: I love to draw and play rhythm games

N-4 Educations Chief: c/ Deeb, Gabriel

I’m the second in command of the 2 people who are responsible for educating everyone on their general knowledge and updating the board of education.

Fun fact: I like math

N-4 Supply Officer: c/ Duong, Tristan 

As the supply officer, some of the responsibilities I hold include creating plans to issue out the uniforms you wear with the help of my supply chief, tracking everything that leaves and enters our conex box, and generally making sure everyone has what they need for this program.

Fun fact: I absolutely LOVE cantaloupe 

N-4 Supply Chief: c/ Currier, Xavier

My job is to help run the ROTC unit with maintaining the supply of uniform and any other ROTC gear. Working alongside The N-4 Supply Officer to keep everyone prepared and properly equipped in the battalion.

Fun fact: Technically sworn in as a Pirate and also a part time Swap meet enjoyer

N-5 Public Affairs Officer: c/LTJR Okello, Emily

I am the face of ROTC, so I make Instagram posts, newsletters, and albums. I also decorate the rooms, share my work with my chiefs, and I handle the website. You will mostly see me with a camera around my neck or just taking photos of the battalion.

Fun fact: I’m an otaku whose heavily type a with type b traits

N-5 Public Affairs Chief: c/CPO Cortes, Samantha

I am responsible for photographing battalion events, activities and important moments.

Fun fact: I’m obsessed with Harry potter and you probably won’t ever find me to be quiet about it.

N-5 Public Affairs Chief: c/CPO Hill, Ray

I take photos of everyone and make sure that everyone has memories after the fact. I also run the ROTC Instagram and create posts to advertise events that we are having.

Fun fact: I have watched almost all of one piece

N-6 IT Officer: c/ Kennedy, Alexander

I work to update and manage both the NJROTC Website and the NJROTC Discord alongside my partner Lucas.

N-6 IT Chief: c/ Williams, Lucas

I help moderate the Discord server and keep our website up to date alongside Alex.

Fun fact: I love playing risky games

First Lieutenant: c/LT Edison, Jacob

I manage cleanup days that happen throughout the school year and ensure that the classroom is presentable with my 1st lieutenant Chief Hernandez.

Fun fact: I’ve beaten every ace combat game

Human Resources Officer: c/ Phan, Chris

As HR we are responsible for all things related to promotions. our mission is to make promoting as easy and accessible as possible for all cadets, feel free to contact us whenever if you need help with your drill or knowledge.

Fun fact: I really like pringles

Human Resources Chief: c/ Timmons, Emmerson

I work alongside the HR officer to manage ranks and promotions within the battalion. We also work with platoon commanders to organize and plan in-class promotion days.

Fun fact: I’m half Japanese and can speak Japanese pretty well

Color Guard Coordinator: c/ Nieves, Islabella

As color guard coordinator, my job is to take care of the NJROTC color guard events. This involves scheduling practices for events, getting a team together, packing flags and rifles, and transporting the flags and rifles to the specific event/ceremony.

Fun fact: I like to crochet

Safety Officer: c/ Fox, Garret

My job is to help the Safety chief with whatever they need and to make sure that info is passed along to the Safety clerks of each platoon.

Fun fact: I am an avid reader and read something new every 2 weeks

Safety Chief: c/ Grillot, Ben

As the safety chief it’s my job to make sure there is someone with a basic understanding of first aid at each NJROTC event.

Fun fact: I love surfing and hiking and am in Boy Scouts. I am also on the football and rugby team here.

Interventions Officer: c/ Chong, Connor

As the program's Interventions Officer my main job is to be the middle man within battalion conflicts and to act as a supportive ear to a cadet if ever needed. I'm almost always available to DM on Discord. And if you ever see me or my chief around come and talk to us! We don't bite :>

As your Interventions Chief, I manage internal battalion conflicts as well as helping cadets in need! Never hesitate if you ever need anything, even if you just want to talk. I’ll be here for you whenever you need me!

Fun Fact: My favorite genre of music is cloud rap.

Armorer Officer: c/ Buchmiller, Milies

I’m in charge of fixing and maintaining rifles for the AX and AB teams.

Fun Fact: I enjoy aviation and love talking about military aircraft. My favorite US aircraft would be the F-5E. I also love watching Soccer and Baseball. I watch the Cubs and support SDFC/Barcelona/Bayern Munich.

I take care of the drill rifles and keep the armory organized

Treasurer : c/ Anderson, Sawyer

I help make fundraisers for the program to help us make more money. I also run snack shack at lunches and movie nights too!

Fun fact: I’ve never broken a bone

Battalion Drill Master: c/Murch, Andrew

I teach cadets drill and make the weekly drill plans. I make drill cards for the large in class events like assessments at the end of the semester.

Fun Fact: I play on the PHHS football team!

Battalion Drill Master: c/Cheang, Sean

I work with Andrew in teaching drill to cadets but I mainly run color detail which deal with the flags at the front of school.

Fun fact: I’ve met the mayor of san diego and have been interviewed by the news

Community Service Officer: c/ Bui, An

The community service officer is in charge of managing volunteer events and the community service club at school. This may include school hosted events or events hosted by nonprofit organizations. Doing these events helps you be more engaged with the program alongside earning more community service hours which look good on college apps!

Fun fact: i used to make slime every day and smush it into a giant ball
