Patrick Booth PA grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use our Games for personal, non-commercial use.
When account features become available, you agree to provide accurate information (username, password, and email address). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity under your account.
You agree not to reverse engineer, modify, or exploit our Games in ways not authorized by us.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Patrick Booth PA and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, devices, or profits.
Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid for the Game in the 12 months before the claim or (b) USD $10.
By using our Games, you affirm that you are at least 13 years old, or have parental consent if required by law in your jurisdiction.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute arising from the Games or these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the Consumer Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
