This Delete Account Policy explains how users of Patrick Booth, P.A. (“we”, “our”, “us”) may request deletion of their accounts and associated data for our mobile games, including but not limited to Escape the Avalanche and 5 Card Blitz (Coming Soon) (collectively, the “Games”).
We value your privacy and provide you with the right to request deletion of your account and data at any time.
When you request account deletion, we will delete the following information tied to your account:
Username
Email address
Hashed password
Gameplay data (scores, achievements, progress, and unlocks)

When we delete an account, all associated personal data (email, username, password, and gameplay records) are permanently deleted.
For security purposes, we may ask you to verify your identity by confirming your account email address or other details before processing the deletion request.
Account deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days of confirmation.
Some limited data may be retained as required by law, fraud prevention, or security purposes, but it will not be used for gameplay or marketing.
Once deleted, your account and data cannot be restored.
You will lose all gameplay progress, achievements, and unlocks tied to the deleted account.
If you reinstall the game, you will need to create a new account to play with saved progress.
