The Foundation was formed as a not profit organization and registered in Missouri. The Foundation is organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes. The specific purpose and objectives of the Foundation shall include, but not be limited to preserve and promote cultural, literary, educational, charitable and other humanitarian activities related to the art and artists of Yakshagana and other arts in and outside of United States of America.
