Terms of Service

Adoptable 

1) Refunds are not allowed and payment after the winning bid must be paid in full.

2) Credit me whenever you repost or use the Adoptable design, please put my artist tag "Original Designer: @Pastellynn_"

3) Do not claim that the Adoptable design is created by you.

4) The Adoptable design does not come with commercial use and payment for commercial use of the design is 100% the winning bid unless stated otherwise.

6) Reselling the Adoptable design is allowed, however, the price must remain the same unless there is additional art.

7) Notify me when you resell the Adoptable design.

11) Payment must be sent before the PNGs or files are sent to you via email.

12) No tracing/editing my art

13) For Adoptables that require drawing, the time to complete it will range from 1 week to 3 months. Please do not rush me, I might be busy with work or school.

14) I'll post progress pictures of the commission unless requested to not.

Breaking any of my Terms of Service will result in a blacklist from commissioning or purchasing from me.

If you choose to commission or purchase from me it means that you agree to my terms of service, and will be obliged to follow.

Illustration TOS

1) Refunds are not allowed. (A sketch will be given first)

2) Credit me whenever you use the model or repost the art, please put my artist tag "artist: @pastellynn_"

3) Do not claim that the art is created by you.

4) The illustration(s) do not come with commercial use.

5) Revisions are only allowed when in the sketch, base colour phase only and any revision after that will be charged an extra fee.

6) Reselling of the artwork is not allowed unless you are selling the character of which you've commissioned me to draw.

7) Not first come, first serve, it depends on whether I want to work on the project.

8) I can reject any project I do not want to do without giving a reason why.

9) Payment must be sent in full before I start working on the project.

10) No tracing/editing my art

11) No time limit for completion but most commissions can take up to 3 months or longer to complete (usually 1-2 months), please don't rush me I might be busy with school or work.

12) I'll post progress pictures of the commission publicly on my social media accounts unless requested to not.

ILLUSTRATION RULES:

Furry Art: Depends (animal ears and tails are fine)

Nudity: No (only revealing clothes 

but not nude)

Gore: Minimal (No explicit organs, teeth, mass amounts of blood. A little bit of blood is okay)

Weapons/Armour/Mecha: Depends, message me first. I can't do Gundam.

Political or Religious Art.

Anything I'm uncomfortable with illustrating.

Breaking any of my terms of service will result in a blacklist from commissioning me or purchasing from me.

Live2D Model Art

1) Refunds are not allowed after I've started working on the commission. However if I cannot finish the commission for whatever reason, I will send you the exact amount after taxes and fees back/refund you.

2) Credit me whenever you use the model or repost the art, please put my artist tag "artist: @Pastellynn_"

3) Do not claim that the art is created by you.

4) The model art comes with commercial use.

5) Revisions are only allowed when in the sketch, base colour and additional item phase. (The additional item phase can only revise additional items)

6) Reselling the model is allowed, however, the price must remain the same unless there is additional art or assets.

7) Notify me when you resell the model.

8) Photoshop files should only be shared with the Live2D rigger.

9) Not first come, first serve, it depends on whether I want to work on the project.

10) I can reject any project I do not want to do.

11) Payment must be sent before I start working on the project.
