How long will it take to complete the commission?

The time a commission takes ranges from 1 week to 3 months however there is no absolute date for completion. Please message me if it's been longer than 3 months, there will not be a refund given but I'll try my best to speed up.

How do I credit you?

You should credit me by tagging my username for its respective social media like this, "Artist: @pastellynn_ on Instagram"

How do I get a refund?

Refunds are not allowed unless I decide that I'm not able to complete the work for whatever reason. If I decide that for whatever reason, a refund of the exact amount paid to me after fees and taxes will be sent back.

Why is it so expensive?

I think my prices are cheap compared to others, considering that my illustrations and Live2D model art take a long time to complete. Art is a luxury, so if you can't afford it without risking your well-being, don't buy it.

What is commercial use, and what can't I do without it?

 Commercial use allows the customer to use my art to make a profit off of it, like making merchandise or using it to stream. You aren't able to do these things without buying a commercial use agreement from me. Please message me if you want to buy a commercial use agreement for one of the artworks you've commissioned from me.
