Exemption for being near the unvaxxed.

September 14th, 2021 Prophet Henderson (PBUH) signed a exemption form for being near the unvaccinated. It says that if you want to, send it to your school/work and say you have a form so you can't be near the unvaccinated, and they will move them or you (Hopefully). You should make your own here so it has your name on it.
