Passport Photo Creator ID
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Agreement”) constitute a legally binding agreement between Passport Photo Creator ID (“we”, “our”, or “us”), developed by Juyana Islam, and you (“User”, “you”, or “your”).
This Agreement governs your access to and use of the Passport Picture – Photo ID mobile application and any related products or services (collectively, the “Service”). By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Service immediately.
1. Purpose of the App & Disclaimer
Passport Picture – Photo ID is designed to help users create passport-size and ID-compliant photos by capturing or selecting a photo and choosing a country-specific format.
The Service provides automated photo cropping, sizing, background adjustment, and layout generation based on commonly available country guidelines. While we aim for accuracy, official acceptance of passport or ID photos is determined solely by the issuing authority.
Passport Picture – Photo ID:
Is not affiliated with any government or passport authority
Does not guarantee acceptance of generated photos
Is intended for convenience and informational assistance only
We disclaim all liability for rejected photos or outcomes resulting from reliance on the Service.
2. Eligibility
By using the Service, you confirm that:
You are at least 16 years of age, or
You have obtained parental or legal guardian consent
The app is not intended for children under the age of 4.
3. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Service or its content:
(a) For any unlawful purpose
(b) To violate any local, national, or international laws or regulations
(c) To infringe upon intellectual property rights
(d) To submit false, misleading, or malicious content
(e) To upload content you do not have the right to use
(f) To upload malware, viruses, or harmful code
(g) To scrape, overload, spam, or interfere with app systems
(h) To bypass, disable, or tamper with security features
(i) To misuse generated images for fraudulent or illegal identification purposes
Violation of these conditions may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access to the Service.
4. Subscription Fees, Payment Terms & Refund Policy
Passport Picture – Photo ID may offer optional Premium Services, such as:
High-resolution exports
Ad-free experience
Unlimited photo generation
Additional country formats
Subscription Pricing
Pricing may vary by region and will be clearly displayed in the App Store prior to purchase.
Payment & Renewal
Payment is charged to your Apple ID upon purchase confirmation
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is disabled at least 24 hours before the current period ends
Renewal charges occur within 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period
Cancellation
Active subscription periods cannot be canceled mid-term
You may manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple Account Settings
Pricing Changes
We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing at any time. Updated prices will be displayed prior to purchase or renewal.
Refund Policy
All purchases are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. Refund requests must be handled through the App Store in accordance with Apple’s policies.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, features, and functionality within Passport Picture – Photo ID—including text, layouts, templates, algorithms, UI design, and software—are owned by Juyana Islam or licensed third parties.
Your use of the Service does not grant you ownership or intellectual property rights. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
6. Copyright Complaints
If you believe content within the app infringes your copyright, please provide:
Identification of the copyrighted work
Your full name, address, and email
A statement that you believe the use is unauthorized
A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate
Your physical or electronic signature
Valid claims will be reviewed promptly.
7. Privacy Policy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how data is collected, stored, and processed. By using the app, you agree to both these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Passport Picture – Photo ID, its developer, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to:
Rejected passport or ID photos
Loss of data
Business interruption
Personal or financial loss
In no event shall our total liability exceed the greater of USD $1 or the amount you paid for the Service in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Your use of the Service is entirely at your own risk.
9. Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.
Any disputes arising from or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Bangladesh. You waive any right to a jury trial. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
10. Changes & Amendments
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting within the app, and the “Last Updated” date will reflect the latest revision.
Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately and without notice if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited conduct.
If access is terminated for policy violations, you may not re-register.
12. Acceptance of Terms
By using Passport Picture – Photo ID, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
