Pastor Josef Hans "Ching" Gaiser

He was raised in a Roman Catholic family and studied in St. Joseph's School a Catholic school, before he got to know the Lord as his personal Savior he was very devoted to idolatry.

He was saved at age 15 was baptized a month later at a church camp held by Malate Bible Baptist Church, He was then a member of that local church and then transferred in Bethany Baptist Church Pandacan where he served the Lord as a song leader.

The Lord chose him to be the replacement of Ptr. Filemon Labendia (former pastor of Bethany Baptist Church Pandacan) in the year 2003 and was ordained as pastor of the church at the age of 25 on the same year.

1 Peter 5:2-4

Feed the flock of God which is among you, taking the oversight thereof, not by constraint, but willingly; not for filthy lucre, but of a ready mind; Neither as being lords over God's heritage, but being enamples to the flock. And when the chief Shepherd shall appear, ye shall receive a crown of glory that fadeth not away.

Until now he serves the Lord God Almighty and the church with faithfulness, love, humility and with all gratitude of God's grace. To God at all things be the glory.
