For the first class, Wed October 6, you will be finding and presenting a social media project that is either participatory or collaborative.

Social Media Project :

Over two classes and in your own time, you will be making a social media project which uses your preferred medium (photg, video, animation, sound, music, text, etc.) on/with your preferred platform (facebook, instagram, TikTok, Tumblr page, etc.) which incorporates your interests in community or participatory media.

This is a very open assignment. Perhaps you want to curate an image gallery or collect sounds and make a remix, a video mashup, or TikTok gallery. Find a topic and media that means something to you.
