My Thought Process & Strategy
Sleep wellness is a saturated category, but I noticed that many brands either sound too clinical or too vague when addressing the topic. With Lunara, I wanted to position the brand in the high-end sleep space, somewhere between performance science and poetic luxury.
My creative strategy was to elevate the sensory experience of sleep, while anchoring it in real functionality and ethical credibility. I didn’t want the brand to merely sell products, I wanted it to invite the customer into a nightly ritual, a sanctuary.
To do this, I leaned into a tone that was deliberate and dreamlike, using calm pacing and soft rhythm to match the product’s purpose. Every word was chosen to feel like a gentle descent into sleep.

In crafting this opening, my goal was to romanticize rest without sounding floaty or insubstantial. The line “crafted with intent and delivered with care” subtly hints at premium craftsmanship, while phrases like “a sense of luxury that makes sleeping your most coveted time of day” tie the emotional desire for sleep to the product itself.
I made sure to clearly state the brand’s mission — to elevate sleep — while weaving in a hint of modernity with phrases like “guided by the best sleep tech available in the world.”
This section set the tone for the rest of the brand experience: intimate, informed, luxurious.
Key Benefits Framing
The benefits of Lunara's products were reframed not just as features, but as transformative reasons to invest. Here's how I thought through each:
Eucalyptus-infused bedsheets – Naturally antibacterial and hypoallergenic
I led with the natural material but immediately clarified the real-world benefit that was hygiene and skin sensitivity. The use of “infused” suggests intention and technology, while still sounding gentle.

Orthopedist-approved designs for spinal alignment - I introduced this benefit to reassure performance-driven buyers that the comfort offered by Lunara is both functional and clinically informed. I imagined a premium mattress topper or pillow being considered alongside a new mattress.
Dermatologist-recommended materials for sensitive skin - This supports the textile claims with an external validation layer. It also bridges skincare and sleep-care, appealing to beauty-conscious customers who understand how sleep affects their complexion.
Email Sequences
To deepen the brand journey post-landing page, I developed a 3-part welcome email sequence. Each email had a distinct purpose to inform, build trust, reinforce brand mood, and encourage action.
Strategy:
I wanted the first email to mirror the soft descent into sleep. It had to be gentle, beautiful, and welcoming. No urgency, just immersion. The goal was to establish the brand’s voice and give readers a reason to engage further.

This email was designed to build credibility and reassure the mindful buyer. I used cause-based persuasion backed by science, while still staying poetic in tone. It also differentiates Lunara from brands that rely only on aesthetics without purpose.

This final email was the gentle push toward conversion. I created a call to personal ritual rather than a sales pitch. It blends poetry with clarity and nudges the customer toward making a purchase not with pressure, but with purpose.
My Creative Approach
Tone: I worked with five tone pillars — Poetic · Serene · Sensuous · Precise · Modern — ensuring that every line could belong inside a luxury sleep journal or a high-end wellness site. These pillars ensured brand consistency across both landing page and email.
Structure: I paid careful attention to pacing and segmentation, ensuring that readers could intuitively follow the story from promise to proof to personal invitation.
Positioning: I positioned Lunara in a way that enabled me to market a state of being enabled by the brand, rather than just marketing its products. That emotional transformation is what makes a luxury wellness brand stick.
Reflection
The Lunara project challenged me to write from a place of restraint and intuition. It required me to balance the lyrical with the factual, and to deliver elegance without fluff. By pairing strong visuals, product logic, and a poetic brand voice, I believe this project demonstrates:
