Membership Dues

Membership dues are $15 for a family (more than 1 adult) and $10 for a teacher. Your membership lasts for the entire school year. 

How Are My Dues Used?

Your dues help to support a range of Parklawn PTA activities, such as social events for our Parklawn community, student enrichment activities, and staff appreciation events! A portion of your dues also supports the National PTA Association, which provides resources and support to PTAs at schools across the country.

Being a PTA member shows your commitment to student learning and building a nurturing school community. The National PTA highlights these benefits:

• Gain recognition and national visibility for improving your school. Participate in National PTA’s School of Excellence program to strengthen your family-school partnership by engaging families in supporting student success and continuous school improvement. 

• Share timely parenting info. Our premier publication, Our Children Magazine, was created for the parent who’s always on the go and looking for the best parenting, wellness, education and PTA community info to help their child excel at school and in life. 

• Create the village that helps to raise kids and strengthen schools and communities. PTA believes we can make every child’s potential a reality—but we need more believers. We need you.
