All our sessions are adaptable for all levels. Whether newly-diagnosed or living with Parkinson's for years, we will accommodate your needs and abilities.
Aqua aerobics, Tai Chi, Parky Blinders and Power Up Parkies run from Charing Cross Sports Club which has a fully-equipped gym with a 25m pool, a sports hall, and a full range of cardiovascular and strength training equipment.
Walking Football is delivered from Westway Sports Centre 1 Crowthorne Rd, London W10 6RP.
Parkinson’s Walking Football in partnership with West London Parkinson’s Exercise Hub, Chelsea FC Foundation and Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust.
Supported through Parkinson’s UK, the initiative will begin from 6th October 2025 at Westway Sports Centre (Location)
The session will be delivered by Chelsea FC Foundation coaches on a Mondays 10.30am-11.30am on a 3G football pitch and it will offer individuals living with Parkinson’s a safe, inclusive, and engaging way to stay active through adapted football. The sessions are suitable for all abilities, including complete beginners to football. Carers are also welcome to attend the sessions to support.

Tai chi will improve your balance, coordination and focus. You will improve mobility and muscular relaxation.
Over time, you will naturally develop a more efficient way to approach movement and you will develop a natural peaceful mind.

This is a non-contact boxing and cognitive exercise class to empower individuals with Parkinson’s disease by enhancing mobility, coordination, reaction time, confidence, and wellbeing while fostering community connections.
