All our sessions are adaptable for all levels. Whether newly-diagnosed or living with Parkinson's for years, we will accommodate your needs and abilities.
The Club has a fully-equipped gym with a 25m pool, a sports hall, and a full range of cardiovascular and strength training equipment.
AQUA AEROBICS — Mondays, 11-11.45am
• Taught in a warm, shallow pool with lively music and a friendly atmosphere.
• Our experienced Aqua Aerobics teacher Jolanta will deliver a fun session that will challenge your body and mind while improving your strength and balance.
• A specific class for people living with Parkinson’s and will consider your individual abilities and needs.
Note: There is no step-free access to the pool.
TAI CHI — Tuesdays, 2.10-3pm
Tai chi will improve your balance, coordination and focus. You will improve mobility and muscular relaxation.
Over time, you will naturally develop a more efficient way to approach movement and you will develop a natural peaceful mind.
POWER UP PARKIES — Thursdays, 12-1pm
Empowerment Through Strength: Improve mobility, balance, and confidence with strength and conditioning training.
Safe & Supportive Environment: Train in a welcoming space designed for all abilities.
Movement for Independence: Build strength to maintain daily function, reduce falls, and enhance quality of life.
Community & Connection: Join a group of like-minded individuals, stay motivated, and have fun while training.
