With 424 homes making up the Parke West community, the Board Members of the Homeowner's Association welcome as much community participation as possible. This community belongs to all of us, if you have some suggestions about events or ways that the community  can be improved, we invite you to stop by one of our meetings to share your thoughts. 

Parke West is a Special Community Benefit District.  Association dues are already collected via members Property Tax Bill.  Description is "Parke West" and total is presently, $130.00 per year. If the county property tax is paid, so too are the HOA dues. Per the BY-LAWS that govern the Park West Homeowners Association, the main task is to manage the four Parks, other common areas in the community and to better the community.
