The major purpose of the PWHOA is to maintain the 4 parks for its 424 homes. In December, 2007 Anne Arundel County transferred the titles for Bosley and Quail Park to the PWHOA. The Board conducted a door-to-door survey seeking input as to what the adjacent residents desired to be done in the parks. This was discussed at the February 2008 meeting with ideas ranging from leaving the areas alone to installing playground equipment, benches, basketball hoops, and picnic areas. The Board will consider all the input and come up with a recommendation. Our real estate agents tell us that well maintained parks improve the property values of all our homes.
We are striving to have working committees to maintain the parks, a welcoming committee, a communications committee and a capital improvement committee. We welcome your suggestions and availability to serve!
