Welcome to The Park at Forest Green

The Park at Forest Green HOA Subdivision is located in the beautiful city of Overland Park, KS 66223, in Johnson County, KS.   We are centrally located with quick access to many areas in the Kansas City Metro area and just minutes from shopping, dining, entertainment, walking and biking trails, recreational activities, and award winning schools. 

We are a self-managed, non-profit HOA and do not have a permanent office.  Our board is 100% volunteer but we do try to respond to all requests in a timely manner.  

If you are new to our subdivision, we are glad you are here! Please email us and provide your contact information and address so we can add you to our e-newsletters and directory.  

As members of our HOA, we encourage both new and existing homeowners, who are automatically members of our HOA upon purchase of their home, to review all our Governing documents and FAQs to understand the guidelines and restrictions of homes in our subdivision.  We welcome any questions regarding those governing documents.
