ASSISTANT PROFESSOR OF FINANCE AT THE WHARTON SCHOOL
Welcome!
I am an Assistant Professor of Finance at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. I was previously an Assistant Professor of Finance at Columbia Business School. I received my PhD in finance from MIT.
I study climate finance and housing markets. I have two primary agendas.
First, I am interested in understanding the role that property insurance plays in housing and mortgage markets, and thinking about how they should be (optimally) designed and regulated.
Second, I am interested in understanding how bank incentives and preferences influence investment in renewables projects.
Research Interests: Climate Finance, Household Finance, Real Estate, Corporate Finance
