Amanda Gorton, Tess Grainger, Gwen Clark and Yerin Lee collected these data from websites, policies, and HR departments. Gwen and Yerin were funded by John Stinchcombe to do this work.

As two working parents with kids under 5, we don't have a lot of spare time on our hands! As of right now, there is no formal plan to update this dataset, but we are open to help and suggestions.

There is a form on the data page for making any edits to the dataset. We will incorporate these changes four times a year.
