To ensure we maintain a safe and well-run environment, our club operates under a formal governance structure.
The club is managed by a dedicated group of volunteers. We are always looking for enthusiastic parents, past players, and club members to join our team and help develop the next generation of players.

If you are interested in a leadership role, coaching, umpiring, or scoring, please reach out to us at pareplim.softball@gmail.com.
Our operations and member behavior are guided by official regulations to ensure a positive experience for everyone.
The Constitution and policies outline the rules governing the Club.
As an affiliated member of the Wellington Softball Association (WSA), the Paremata Plimmerton Softball Club abides by the WSA’s Constitution, By-Laws, and Policies.
This affiliation ensures our members have access to the wider Wellington softball community, including:
Representative Pathways: Opportunities for players to be selected for NFC and age-grade representative teams.
Development Programs: Access to U13/U15 development programs and youth summer camps.
Regional Competition: Participation in the official Wellington and Intercity competitions.
The AGM is the primary forum for members to participate in the club's decision-making process. It is held annually to review the past season and elect the leadership for the year ahead.
Information regarding the 2026/2027 AGM, including notice periods, as defined in our Constitution, can be found here.
