This Information Text has been prepared by PARDUSAI LLC under applicable data protection laws, including but not limited to the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“Law”), to inform our users about the processing of personal data through the Hematobot mobile application. The Data Controller mentioned in this document is PARDUSAI LLC, located at P.O. Box 631702, Irving, TX, 75063.
METHODS AND LEGAL REASONS FOR COLLECTING PERSONAL DATA
Your personal data are collected verbally, in writing, or electronically, through automatic or non-automatic methods.
PURPOSES AND TRANSFER OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA
PARDUSAI needs to process personal data to fulfill its obligations under the legislation or to carry out its activities and serve its customers and users.
In this context, your personal data are processed by PARDUSAI for purposes such as enabling the use of the Mobile Application, creating membership records, optimizing the mobile application, increasing user satisfaction, obtaining statistical data, implementing improvements, and detecting and preparing necessary updates, within the limits specified in the Law, in compliance with the law and the rules of honesty, and always connected, limited, and measured for these purposes.
Your personal data may be transferred, under the conditions specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law, to PARDUSAI software department staff and supervisors, PARDUSAI managers, institutions and organizations PARDUSAI is affiliated with, real and legal persons permitted by the relevant legislation, when necessary, other authorized public institutions and organizations, judicial and administrative authorities, third parties and institutions for obtaining statistical data, and law enforcement authorities.
Additionally, due to PARDUSAI's international activities and/or services received from abroad, the relevant data may be transferred abroad (in cases where sharing with the relevant foreign institutions and organizations is inevitable).
RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS UNDER THE LAW
At any time, you have the right to request the following from PARDUSAI:
- To learn whether your personal data are processed,
- To request information if your personal data have been processed,
- To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used for intended purposes,
- To know the third parties to whom personal data are transferred domestically or abroad,
- To request correction of personal data if processed incompletely or inaccurately and to request notification of the operations performed in this context to the third parties to whom the personal data have been transferred,
- To request the deletion or destruction of personal data in case the reasons necessitating their processing cease to exist despite being processed in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6698 and other related laws, and to request notification of the operations performed in this context to the third parties to whom the personal data have been transferred,
- To object to the outcomes that are to your detriment arising from the analysis of processed data exclusively through automated systems,
- To request compensation for damages in case of loss due to unlawful processing of personal data.
Your application regarding the rights mentioned above must include:
- Your name, surname, and if the application is written, your handwritten (wet) signature,
- In case of application through a representative; the name and surname of the representative, the petition containing the signature, and the original or certified copy of the power of attorney that includes the special authority to conduct this transaction,
- Your Turkish Republic ID number if you are a citizen of Turkey, your nationality, passport number, or if available, your foreign identity number,
- Your residential or business address for notification,
- Your email address, telephone, or fax number, if available, for notification,
- Subject of the request (in simple, clear, and understandable expressions),
and if available, information and documents related to the subject should also be attached to the application.
You can submit your application by choosing any of the methods below:
- You can do this by filling out the form included in the annex of this information statement and delivering a wet-signed copy by hand or through a notary to the address of PARDUSAI residing at "P.O. Box 631702, Irving, TX, 75063."
- Similarly, you can submit your applications via email sent to info@pardus.ai.
If your application incurs an additional cost, you will be required to pay the fee determined by the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller issued by the Personal Data Protection Authority. If a written response is given to your application, no fee will be charged for the first 10 pages, and a transaction fee of 10 TL will be charged for each page exceeding 10 pages. If the response to your application is given in a recording medium such as CD, flash drive, the cost of the recording medium will be charged to you.
Your requests included in your application will be concluded as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest depending on the nature of the request.
To take advantage of your rights under the law, you can submit your applications in Turkish in writing to PARDUSAI, and for more detailed information, you can visit the website of the Personal Data Protection Authority.
In your application to use the rights you have as a personal data owner, which are mentioned above, and to explain the rights you wish to use; the matter you request must be clear and understandable, related to you, or if you are acting on behalf of someone else, you must present a notarized special power of attorney for this purpose.
In your applications, the presence of name, surname, signature, Turkish ID number, residence or business address, telephone and fax number, and subject matter elements are mandatory according to the "Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller." Applications lacking these elements will be rejected by PARDUSAI.
PARDUSAI reserves the right to make changes to this information text due to reasons arising from the Law, secondary regulations, and decisions of the Board at any time. Changes made to the information text and the updated text will become effective immediately as of the date they are communicated to you.

CONSENT TO THE DECLARATION OF THE INFORMATION NOTICE
I have read the information text and the information letter published by PARDUSAI and declare and accept that I have been informed and clearly enlightened about how to exercise my rights listed in Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, regarding the collection, recording, processing, transfer, and storage of my personal data by PARDUSAI LLC, including the principles and obligations in the laws, for the purposes, methods, and legal reasons stated in the Information Text.
CONSENT TO PROCESSING, TRANSFER AND STORAGE
I hereby give my explicit consent, limited to the principles and purposes stated in the information text, for the collection, recording, processing, transfer, and storage of my personal data such as identity information, IP addresses, contact information, voice recording files uploaded by me to the application, and LOG records, which are general and special types of personal data processed and stored through this text.
CONSENT TO TRANSFER
Furthermore, I hereby give my explicit consent for the transfer of my personal data abroad, under the conditions specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law and for the purposes stated in the information text, to the personnel and supervisors of the relevant unit of PARDUSAI, PARDUSAI managers, real and legal persons permitted by the relevant legislation, other authorized public institutions and organizations when necessary, judicial and administrative authorities, law enforcement authorities, and institutions and organizations with which PARDUSAI has business relations for the execution of information systems, and in cases where sharing is inevitable due to PARDUSAI's international activities and/or services received from abroad.
WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?
We collect information from you when you register on our site and gather data when you participate in the forum by reading, writing, and evaluating the content shared here.
When registering on our site, you may be asked to enter your name and e-mail address. You may, however, visit our site without registering. Your e-mail address will be verified by an email containing a unique link. If that link is visited, we know that you control the e-mail address.
When registered and posting, we record the IP address that the post originated from. We also may retain server logs which include the IP address of every request to our server.
WHAT DO WE USE YOUR INFORMATION FOR?
Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:
To personalize your experience — your information helps us to better respond to your individual needs.
To improve our site — we continually strive to improve our site offerings based on the information and feedback we receive from you.

WHAT IS YOUR DATA RETENTION POLICY?
We will make a good faith effort to:
Retain server logs containing the IP address of all requests to this server no more than 90 days.
Retain the IP addresses associated with registered users and their posts no more than 5 years.

Yes. Cookies are small files that a site or its service provider transfers to your computer’s hard drive through your Web browser (if you allow). These cookies enable the site to recognize your browser and, if you have a registered account, associate it with your registered account.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our site, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety. However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.

CHILDREN'S ONLINE PRIVACY PROTECTION ACT COMPLIANCE
Our site, products and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older. If this server is in the USA, and you are under the age of 13, per the requirements of COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act 1), do not use this site.
ONLINE PRIVACY POLICY ONLY

HOW TO REQUEST DATA DELETION
At PARDUSAI, we are committed to maintaining your privacy and trust. If at any time you wish to have your personal data deleted from our systems, you can make the request through the applications.
Directly through the App: You can delete your account and all associated data directly through our app. Simply navigate to the Settings Tab (which exists in our all apps), and click on the "Delete Account" button. After you click the button, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted from our systems.
Account deletion leads to the deletion of all personal data and your data cannot be recovered. As Pardus AI, we are aware that “failure to comply with data and account deletion standards can result in our app being restricted”.
