CatchMyCustomer is an AI phone receptionist for small businesses, built by Pardus AI LLC.

Business owners connect their business line and enable conditional call forwarding, so any call that goes unanswered — busy, no answer, or after hours — is picked up by CatchMyCustomer's AI voice assistant instead of going to voicemail. The assistant introduces itself, asks the caller for their name, the best callback number, and the reason for their call, then immediately sends the business owner a text message summarizing that missed call: who called, their number, and why.

No call gets lost, and the owner never has to check a voicemail box.

Messages are transactional missed-call alerts only — CatchMyCustomer sends no marketing or promotional texts. Recipients are the business owners who signed up and provided their mobile number during account setup, and every message includes "Reply STOP to unsubscribe."
