3. How to Request Data Deletion

To request data deletion, users must follow this process:

3. Include the following details in the email:
   
   

   • Registered email address used in the app

4. Verification Process

For security reasons, the developer may verify the user’s identity before processing the deletion request to prevent unauthorized data removal.

5. Deletion Timeframe

• Data deletion requests will be processed within 7–14 working days
  
  

• Users will receive confirmation once deletion is completed
  
  

6. Data Retention Exceptions

Some data may be retained temporarily or permanently if:

Any retained data will be securely stored and access-restricted.

7. Impact of Data Deletion

Once data deletion is completed:

• The user account will be permanently removed

• Deleted data cannot be recovered
  
  

8. Children’s Data

The App is not intended for children under 13 years of age.
If any such data is identified, it will be deleted immediately upon discovery.

Any changes will be reflected within the app or its store listing.
