The Constitution of The Kingdom of Parasolia
Parasolians are aware under our woods.
Article I: The Nation
I The Kingdom of Parasolia is a sovereign, independent micronation, with all right to our claims.
II The national animal stands on our emblem and coat of arms, being the Parasolian Chicken.
III The official language is the common tongue of its people.
Article II: The People
I The Citizenship of our nation is only granted by HM King Rybitwa.
II All Citizens are equal, valued and have the right to speak.
Article III: The Government
I The Kingdom of Parasolia is run by the King.
II A Monarch is chosen by the King before his passing or resigning, typically the next heir to the throne.
III Decisions are made by the King, and sometimes by a council of people by HM Selection.
Article IV: Laws and Rights
I All citizens have the rights to speech, assembly, creativity, and peaceful living.
II The forest and all its beings must be respected and protected, no attack or 'bug-spraying' unless it causes threat, injury or 'life and death' situations.
III New laws must be agreed upon by the King.
Article V: Amendments
I Amendments to this Constitution require unanimous agreement.
