My research interests lie in the intersection of algebra, geometry, and combinatorics, with far-reaching applications in optimization, theoretical computer science, and data science.

• Applied Algebraic Geometry in ML:  real algebraic geometry, algebraic structures in machine learning, connections to stability theory.

• Optimization in ML:  polynomial and convex optimization, optimization in control and dynamical Systems, machine learning optimization.

• Modeling and Control:  hybrid mechanistic-ML modeling, data driven control, model-free stability analysis, algebraic techniques in control, applications in dynamical systems.
