3. It is recommended to take the shuttle that the meeting has already arranged between the Airport and the Reef and which cost is covered by the registration fee. You are being informed by e-mail about the shuttle schedules at arriving and departure dates.

4. When arriving to the Reef, remember that check-in time is 15:00 h but Sunday lunch (13:30-15:30 h) is already covered by the guest stay.

8. Due that talks and posters contain unpublished information, all presentations will be treated as confidential. NO recording, taking of pictures or tweets etc. will be allowed neither during lectures nor in the poster sessions. If you would like a copy of the poster, please ask the presenter to send you a PDF, if they are comfortable with that.
