Chapter Registration
We’re actively growing and looking for more chapters to join Paper Hearts Initiative.
Starting a chapter is one of the simplest ways to make a real impact in your school or community. You don’t need prior experience, a big team, or hours of free time—just a willingness to bring people together and help share meaningful handwritten letters with students who need encouragement.
All you need is to start a club at your school, or even start a non-legit chapter at home with your family or a few friends! All we ask is that each month, no matter how you do it, that you make letters and deliver them. That's all!
As a chapter, you’ll gain full flexibility in how you run your drives. Everything is designed to be low effort but high impact: we provide the structure, guidance, and letter resources—you focus on recruiting members, earning basic school approval if needed, and organizing letter-writing sessions. That’s it.
Beyond the impact you’ll create, chapters also benefit from leadership experience, community service hours, and a meaningful passion project and extracurricular you can highlight on college applications or resumes. Most importantly, you’ll be part of a larger network working toward something genuinely uplifting and real.
If you’ve ever wanted to start something that actually matters but felt overwhelmed by where to begin, this is that opportunity—simple to start, flexible to run, and powerful in impact.
