PAPA PTSO

Bringing parents, teachers, and students together to facilitate connections, increase engagement, and promote meaningful discussions to make PAPA the best it can be!

The Public Academy for Performing Arts (PAPA) is an Albuquerque Public School Charter School with an emphasis on both advanced academics and performing arts. PAPA has been going strong for 19 years, with a diverse student population from across the city. We are proud to have one of the highest graduation and college entrance rates in Albuquerque!

The PTSO is organized for the purpose of supporting the education of children at PAPA by:

A. Fostering relationships among students, parents, teachers, staff, and the governing council;

B. Maintaining and improving the PAPA environment;

C. Providing input to the principal and governing council;

D. Providing volunteer support to the school; and

E. Collecting and expending funds and other resources in support of the school.

The PTSO paid for the paint, and the students and staff painted this fantastic wall mural!
