1. RIGHT TO USE THE APPLICATION AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

1.1. Permitted use. The PaoUp application is intended solely as a personal digital diary for tracking personal care, procedures, and visualizing progress. You agree to use this Service only for lawful purposes and in a non-commercial manner. You agree to refrain from creating, distributing, or uploading content that violates the law or causes harm to third parties.

1.2. Limitation of Liability. PaoUp is a tool for self-monitoring and NEVER REPLACES PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL ADVICE, DIAGNOSIS, OR TREATMENT. The information obtained as a result of the analysis of your data by the Application is for reference only. If you have any health or skin problems, or before making any major changes to your skincare routine, you should consult a qualified doctor or cosmetologist.

2. USER-GENERATED CONTENT

You are solely responsible for all data, text, photos, and notes that you generate, enter, or store in the Application (hereinafter referred to as “Your Content”).

2.1. Retention of rights. You retain all ownership and intellectual property rights to Your Content. The Company does not claim ownership of Your personal data and progress records.
2.2. Compliance with the law. You agree to ensure that Your Content complies with applicable laws, including copyright and privacy laws.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All intellectual property rights related to the Application (software, design, tracking algorithms, and PaoUp branding) belong to Maryna Buryk. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Application solely for your personal use.

4. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENTS

Some premium features of the Service may require a paid subscription. All details related to payment terms, automatic renewal, and refund policies are governed by the terms and conditions of the App Store through which you made your purchase.

5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Application is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the Application will function without interruption, without errors, or that it will correct all skin/body care problems. You use the Application at your own risk.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maryna Buryk shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Application, including loss of data, profits, or content.
In no event shall the Company, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Application.

7. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Application at any time, without prior notice, if we believe that you have violated these Terms.

8. CHANGES TO THE TERMS

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Updated versions will be available in the Application with a new “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Application after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
