The journey of the Panlima Handpan started in 2009, starting with Mr. Ketut Suda's meeting with Mr. Crish Andersen who introduced Handpan in Bali, Indonesia

  Ketut Suda started his journey in a small house located in the countryside, in Susut Area, Bangli, Bali.  where he spends much of his time hammering and diving deep into the world of steel and tuning.

  After 3 years of research and experiments in the field of steel and frequency, the First Panlima Handpan is ready to be launched to the world in 2012

  Since then Pak Ketut's enthusiasm and dedication to deepen research on scales, materials, techniques, shapes and tunings have continued to grow and have helped encourage the production and refinement of the Panlima Handpan.

  Currently the team focuses its energies on creating high-quality instruments to give every player a full and immersive experience every time they touch an instrument from Panlima Handpan.

  Panlima Handpans come in 2 different sizes – 56 / 58cM in diameter and range in scales as low as E2 kickback and as high as E6 note.
