It is very possible, we hope that each of our customers can directly visit our place, share stories about handpan, and play together at our handpan house. soon we will also launch a handpan holiday package in Bali with a peaceful atmosphere accompanied by a handpan from Panlima handpan

How long is the waiting list to order a handpan?

We cannot provide a definite waiting time, because every handpan we produce is made with care and precision to produce the best instruments.

but we will give you an overview of each of your orders we will process as quickly as possible, the possibility of waiting time ranges from 1 - 3 weeks until we send it to your address

How often will I need to retune my handpan??

With proper playing technique and regular maintenance, your thoughpan can stay in tune for years, if the instrument is played with a loud clap it will cause your handpan to get out of tune more quickly, you can watch the tutorial videos to see the proper technique. during use and how to care for it to keep your instrument in tune for years to come.

The first reset of your handpan will be free, but shipping and handling fees will be charged from the customer.
