1. Introduction SPLKPM Pembacaan AI Helper ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how our Chrome Extension handles your data. We do not collect, store, or sell your personal data. The extension is designed to operate locally on your browser.

2. Data Collection and Usage We do not collect any personal information, browsing history, or form data on our servers.

• User Input: The book details (title, author, type) you enter into the extension are sent directly to OpenAI's API solely for the purpose of generating the book review text.

• OpenAI API: The interaction with the Artificial Intelligence service is direct between your browser and OpenAI. We do not act as a middleman to store this data. Please refer to OpenAI's privacy policy for how they handle API data.

• SPLKPM Website: The extension interacts with splkpm.moe.gov.my only to populate the form fields based on the generated text. It does not scrape or store your login credentials.

3. Local Storage The extension stores your OpenAI API Key locally in your Chrome browser using chrome.storage.sync. This allows your key to remain persistent across browser sessions. This key is never transmitted to us or any third party other than OpenAI (for authentication purposes).

4. Changes to This Policy We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
