Privacy Policy – Pembantu PBD SPPB

Pembantu PBD SPPB is a browser extension designed to automate repetitive tasks in the SPPB/IDMe PBD interface, such as selecting Tahap Penguasaan (TP), Usaha Murid, and Ulasan Guru based on preset templates.

Permissions

The extension requires:

No data is extracted or transmitted from these pages.

Remote Code

The extension may load non-executable static data (e.g., JSON lists of Ulasan templates) from a developer-controlled remote source. No user data is sent.

Data Usage

✅ 5. Single Purpose Description

This extension automates teacher tasks on the SPPB/IDMe PBD website by providing tools to quickly select Tahap Penguasaan (TP), Usaha Murid, and Ulasan Guru for multiple students. Its single purpose is to speed up and simplify data entry on the PBD assessment page. The extension performs no other functions beyond automating selections on the current tab.

✅ 6. Permission Justification

Scripting justification

Required to inject small automation scripts into the PBD webpage so the extension can click buttons, open dialogs, choose categories, and fill Ulasan Guru automatically. These scripts only interact with the current page and do not access or collect any user data.

activeTab justification

Needed to allow the extension to run automation actions on the currently active SPPB/IDMe PBD tab. Without this permission, the extension cannot select TP, Usaha Murid, or Ulasan Guru for the user.

Host permission justification

Required to allow the extension to run scripts specifically on the PBD assessment pages (moeissppb.moe.gov.my). The extension only interacts with page elements for automation purposes. It does not access, read, modify, collect, or transmit any data from the site.
