Panic Pants' Kickstarter Story!

There were several types of rewards our supporters received for supporting our Kickstarter Campaign! We were especially amazed by the generosity of crowdfunders who offered to support our campaign while giving their rewards to charity!

CHARITY

It was a win-win situation! Our Kickstarter supporters were able to support foster children and families while also supporting the development of Panic Pants at the same time! Thanks to the generosity of our supporters, we gave away 80 pairs of Panic Pants to foster children and families!

In addition, the two fiction books -- Monster Words and The Day Andrew Lost His Imaginary Friend -- were available for supporters to designate for donation to libraries in low-income areas. Thanks to the generosity of our Kickstarter supporters, 26 books were donated to low-income libraries!

BOOKS!

As Theresa was busy inventing Panic Pants, Chris got to work getting the stories stuck in his head illustrated and self-published on Amazon. During the Kickstarter Campaign, you could receive Chris' books in exchange for your support of the development of Panic Pants!

The Very Expensive Baby

It’s true that children are priceless, but it’s also true that they come with quite a hefty price tag! The Very Expensive Baby makes the perfect gift for parents of newborns or anyone expecting a new baby. This book is an unauthorized parody of The Very Hungry Caterpillar, which was written and illustrated by Eric Carle. Theresa co-wrote this book with Chris! (Available on Amazon.com in print and digital formats)

Goodbye Man Cave

A baby on the way means lots of changes. This story takes a fun look at the loss of the man cave as it becomes a nursery. It makes the perfect gift for any expecting father or fathers of newborns! Goodbye Man Cave is an unauthorized parody of Goodnight Moon, written by Margaret Wise Brown and illustrated by Clement Hurd. (Available on Amazon.com in print and digital formats)

The Day Andrew Lost His Imaginary Friend

The experience of gaining a sibling is quite an unknowable yet exciting adventure. There are plenty of illustrated books that take the topic and logically present what the toddler or young child can expect. Instead of that approach, this book takes on this topic in an imaginative, fun, and beautifully illustrated manner. It's the perfect gift for a family expecting another child! (Available on Amazon.com in print and digital formats)

Monster Words

When Mr. Crool assigns his class to draw monsters, a young boy starts to draw monster after monster, trying to create the scariest one. But what lesson is there to be learned when we start judging monsters by what they look like? (Available on Amazon.com in print and digital formats)

Oh, the Daddy You'll Be!

"Congratulations! This year is your year! You're becoming a Dad, there's nothing to fear! There is a bun in the oven, a baby on the way. You'll find yourself preparing each day." This book makes the perfect gift for any expecting father or fathers of newborns and infants! Oh, the Daddy You'll Be! is an unauthorized parody of Oh, The Places You'll Go! by Dr. Seuss. (Available on Amazon.com in digital format)
