The Barkada Kontra Droga (BKD) is a student-led organization that promotes a drug-free lifestyle while also advocating for mental health awareness and overall well-being among students at Pangasinan National High School (PNHS).
BKD serves as a key partner of the school in strengthening anti-drug education and prevention programs. The organization works closely with the school administration and other student organizations to promote positive values, responsible decision-making, and healthy coping strategies that support both physical and mental well-being.
The organization plays an important role in organizing and supporting various initiatives such as anti-drug campaigns, awareness seminars, peer support activities, and mental health advocacy programs. Through these efforts, BKD encourages students to resist negative influences, seek support when needed, and foster a supportive and understanding school environment.
Guided by its commitment to empowering the youth, BKD continues to inspire students to stand against illegal drugs, prioritize their mental health, and contribute to building a safe, healthy, and resilient school community.
