Meet Ms. Panfili

I am excited to be your child's 3rd grade teacher this school year.  This is my 23rd year teaching in the Santee School District and we are going to have a great year.  I attended SDSU where I received my Bachelor's Degree (with a specialization in music), Teaching Credential, and Master's Degree.  My goal is to give all students a well-rounded education that includes all subject areas, including music.  In 2005, I wrote a grant, and my class received 24 Baby Taylor Guitars for students to learn to play.  

I am a native San Diegan.  I enjoy spending time mommy & me time with my 10 year old daughter; going to Disneyland/Universal Studios, the beach, & traveling; scrapbooking; competing in 5K races; gardening; hiking; kayaking...basically anything outdoors.  I'm just starting to get back into swimming with the hopes of doing more triathlons.  I also play 5 musical instruments:  piano, flute, piccolo, saxophone, & guitar.
