Our Mission

The mission of the Physical Activity & NeuroCognitive Health Lab is to study the relationship of physical activity and their physiological/behavioral correlates (e.g., fitness, obesity, motor skills) with the brain and cognition at both behavioral and neural levels. Our goal is to develop evidence-based programs to promote physical activity and cognitive health throughout the lifespan.
