For Returns or Repairs, please download and fill out our RMA form and send it to support@panatix.com first.  **If a product is not returned under an established RMA process, a consumer will not be able to enjoy the terms of the return/Warranty policy. So, in case of no RMA, a consumer may not be allowed to exchange the returned product with a new product or not receive any refund for the return (depending on the return policy).
