Introducing "Empowered Enrollment with Dr. Pamela D. Williams," my podcast! I had a goal to start a podcast in 2025 and I'm proud to have released my first episode!

My plan is to release brief higher ed focused episodes based upon my experience, notes to self, and firm beliefs regarding the industry. I have lots of ideas jotted down on sticky notes, journals, and notebooks used while I completed my doctorate. My advisor told me to make a list of all the things that interested me...with explicit instructions to pick them back up once I was done with my dissertation. Here we are, less than a year after graduating with my doctorate! I'm learning the podcasting technology and crafting my niche within higher education social media. Join me!
