These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Pall Network mobile application ("App"), website, Pall ID services, and related products operated by **Pall Network Commerce Private Limited**, a company registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP).
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of the App.
1. About Pall Network
Pall Network is a Web3 educational ecosystem developed to help users learn about blockchain technology, digital identity, decentralized ecosystems, and community participation.
The ecosystem includes:
• Pall Network Mobile Application
• Pall ID Digital Identity Trust Layer
• Educational Mining Simulation
• Membership Features
• Referral Reward Campaigns
• Community Engagement Services
• Future educational Web3 infrastructure
The App is designed for educational and engagement purposes only.
2. Eligibility
To use the App you must:
• Be at least 18 years of age, or
• Use the App under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian where permitted by applicable law.
By using the App, you confirm that you satisfy these requirements.
3. User Account
Users are responsible for:
• Providing accurate account information.
• Maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials.
• Securing their device and account.
• Immediately reporting unauthorized account access.
You are responsible for all activities performed through your account.
4. Educational Nature of the Platform
Pall Network is designed as an educational Web3 learning platform.
Features such as:
• Mining simulation
• PALL balances
• Wallet balances
• Educational rewards
• Progress tracking
are intended to support learning, engagement, and community participation.
Unless officially announced by Pall Network under applicable laws, no in-app balance, simulated token, mining reward, or educational reward represents real-world money, cryptocurrency, investment value, or guaranteed financial return.
5. Membership Plans
The App may offer optional membership plans that provide access to additional educational features, platform benefits, or community experiences.
Membership purchases:
• Are voluntary.
• Do not constitute investments.
• Do not guarantee profit.
• Do not guarantee financial returns.
• Do not guarantee appreciation of any in-app balance.
Membership fees are charged only for access to the features described within the App.
6. Referral Reward Campaign
Pall Network may periodically conduct referral campaigns.
Eligible users may receive promotional referral rewards according to the campaign rules published by Pall Network.
Referral rewards are promotional incentives only and do not constitute:
• Employment income
• Investment income
• Guaranteed earnings
• Salaries
• Financial products
Pall Network reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue referral campaigns at any time.
7. Acceptable Use
Users agree not to:
• Attempt to exploit bugs or vulnerabilities.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or unauthorized software.
• Reverse engineer the App.
• Modify App files.
• Circumvent security mechanisms.
• Create fake accounts.
• Abuse referral systems.
• Engage in fraudulent activities.
• Violate applicable laws.
Violation of these Terms may result in suspension or permanent termination of your account.
8. Account Suspension or Termination
Pall Network reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate user accounts where necessary, including but not limited to:
• Fraudulent activity.
• Abuse of promotional campaigns.
• Multiple fake accounts.
• Security threats.
• Violation of these Terms.
• Legal or regulatory requirements.
Such actions may be taken without prior notice where necessary to protect the platform or other users.
9. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights relating to the App, including but not limited to:
• Pall Network
• Pall ID
• Logos
• Branding
• Graphics
• User interface
• Software
• Content
• Documentation
remain the exclusive property of Pall Network Commerce Private Limited unless otherwise stated.
Users may not reproduce, distribute, copy, modify, or commercially exploit any part of the App without prior written permission.
10. Updates and Changes
Pall Network may:
• Release software updates.
• Modify App functionality.
• Introduce new features.
• Remove existing features.
• Improve security.
• Update educational content.
Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of such changes.
11. Third-Party Services
The App may use trusted third-party services, including:
• Google Play Services
• Firebase Authentication
• Cloud Firestore
• Google AdMob
• Other Google technologies where applicable
These services operate under their own respective terms and privacy policies.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pall Network Commerce Private Limited shall not be liable for:
• Loss of data.
• Loss of profits.
• Business interruption.
• Device failures.
• Network interruptions.
• Third-party service outages.
• User negligence.
• Unauthorized access caused by compromised user credentials.
The App is provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis.
13. No Financial Advice
Nothing contained within the App, website, promotional materials, educational mining simulations, token balances, referral campaigns, or educational content should be interpreted as:
• Financial advice.
• Investment advice.
• Cryptocurrency investment.
• Securities offering.
• Banking services.
• Guaranteed income.
• Guaranteed profit.
• Guaranteed withdrawals.
• Promise of future value.
Users should make independent decisions and, where appropriate, seek professional advice before making any financial decisions unrelated to the App.
14. Compliance with Laws
Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the App complies with the laws and regulations applicable in their jurisdiction.
Pall Network operates in accordance with applicable Pakistani laws and reserves the right to comply with lawful requests from competent authorities.

Nothing within the App, Pall Network, educational mining simulation, wallet balances, membership plans, referral campaigns, or other platform features should be interpreted as:

• A guarantee of profits.
• A promise of monetary value.
• A cryptocurrency exchange.
• An investment scheme.
• A banking product.
• A deposit scheme.
• A securities offering.
• A guarantee of future returns.
Participation in the Pall Network ecosystem is voluntary and intended for education, digital identity exploration, and community engagement. Users acknowledge that all platform features are subject to these Terms, applicable laws, and future platform updates.
