Pall Network is operated by Pall Network Commerce Private Limited, a company registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP).

We respect your privacy and your right to control your personal information. If you no longer wish to use the Pall Network App, you may request the permanent deletion of your account and associated personal data in accordance with this Account Deletion Policy and Google Play's User Data requirements.

Requesting Account Deletion:

If you would like to permanently delete your Pall Network account and associated data, please contact our support team using the information below.

To help us verify your identity and process your request efficiently, please include the following information in your email:

• Your full name

• Your registered email address

• Your User ID (if available)

• A brief request stating that you would like your Pall Network account permanently deleted

• Any additional information that may help us identify your account (optional)

For your security, we may request additional verification before processing your request.

What Data Will Be Deleted:

Once your deletion request has been verified and approved, the following information will be permanently deleted or anonymized where reasonably possible:

• User account

• Authentication credentials

• Registered email address

• Profile information

• Educational mining progress

• Wallet preferences

• User settings and preferences

• Notification preferences

• App usage information associated with your account

• Other personal information stored within the Pall Network App

After deletion, your account cannot normally be restored.

Data That May Be Retained:

To comply with applicable laws, maintain platform security, prevent fraud, and protect the integrity of our services, certain limited information may be retained for a temporary period where necessary.

This may include:

• Security logs

• Referral campaign records

• Transaction logs

• Fraud prevention records

• Compliance-related records

• System backup records where legally required

Where applicable, retained records may be stored for up to 90 days before permanent deletion or anonymization, unless a longer retention period is required by applicable law.

Retained information is not used for advertising, marketing, or promotional purposes.

Processing Time:

Verified account deletion requests are generally processed within:

7 to 30 business days

Processing times may vary depending on identity verification, system maintenance, security reviews, or legal requirements.

Once your request has been completed, you will receive a confirmation email.

Important Information:

Deleting your account will permanently remove your access to the Pall Network ecosystem associated with that account.

This includes access to educational features, membership benefits, educational mining progress, wallet preferences, and other account-related services.

Account deletion is generally permanent and cannot be reversed once completed.
