Our apartment

The apartment is located in a private area in a peaceful and quiet area, immersed in the countryside and close to a group of farmhouses from the early 1900s. The apartment is inside a small building of 2 floors. Access is via a flight of stairs protected by a shared door.

The apartment has an area of ​​90 square meters, can accommodate up to 6 people and is on 2 levels:

• first floor: large living room with comfortable porch, kitchen, bathroom with shower, bedroom with balcony

• second floor: large bedroom, bathroom with Jacuzzi, walk-in closet

Kitchen with appliances (including dishwasher), LCD flat screen TV, independent heating (no boiler, external gas heater), 3 newly installed conditioning units (in bedrooms and living room), double parking space inside the condominium.

Palidoro is a tiny neighbourhood located on the northern coast of Latium in the countryside, within short driving distance from Fiumicino airport, Bracciano lake and vey well connected to Rome downtown via the FL5 railway line (train station "Torrimpietra" is 200m far from the apertment, single journey ticket is 2.50EUR, bycicles can be brought on train).
