Palestine is looking to create their own borders and be known as an independent state, currently Israel is unlawfully and inhumanely occupying Palestine, stopping that exact development. By displacing Palestinians from their home, limiting access to resources, bombing the Gaza Strip among other locations, and detaining and torturing protestors, journalists and activists in Palestine, Israel succeeds at singling out Palestine from the rest of the world, in order to completely control Palestinian land.
IMPORTANT: Being against Israel's attacts on Palestine does not make you anti-semitic. It makes you anti-zionist. Zionism is the move to create a Jewish state in the Middle East (this "move" was introduced by the government of Israel, NOT Jewish people). Many are anti-zionists because they don't support the displacement and treatment Palestinians are going through in their native land.
