Junior Statesmen of America
Stern Civics Immersion Program
Civics Institute Micronesia
Program Details
Eligibility: 9th-11th Grade Student
Where: Stanford University, CA USA or College or Northern Marianas College, Saipan CNMI
When: Summer 2024 (3 Weeks for Stern & 1 Week for Civics Institute Micronesia)
Other Info:
Department of Interior (DOI) Scholarships are available for Palauan Citizens
A scholarship is not required for attendance, but deadlines differ
FIRST Global Robotics Olympics
FIRST Global is a US based non-for-profit organisation working to promote Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) by empowering young people around the world.
Each year, teams from every country travel to compete in the annual Robotics Olympics.
We are awaiting the 2024 announcement prior to forming the next Team Palau.
Program Details
Eligibility: 8th-12th Grade Student with an interest in STEM
Team Info: Max of 5 students and 2 adult mentors for traveling team

Team Palau must work together to fundraise for their attendance

The Network of Academic and Scholastic E-Sports Federation (NASEF) will be hosting the 2024 Farmcraft using the popular game Minecraft to promote important topics in agriculture.
Palau Futures and the US Embassy will be looking to register teams, so please contact us if interested.
