Overview
PAKX Alliance App ("the App") is a companion management tool for the mobile game Last War: Survival. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
Information We Collect
Information you provide:
Username and password for your alliance account
Player profile: name, rank, overall power, hero power, squadron powers, and HQ level
Alliance join code
Event availability responses and votes
Calendar events and reminders you create
Feedback and comments submitted through the App
Information collected automatically:
Device push notification token (to deliver alliance notifications)
Device time zone (to correctly display events and schedule reminders in your local time)
App version and platform (iOS/Android) for diagnostic purposes
Notification permission status
How We Use Your Information
To provide alliance management features (roster, events, calculators, calendar)
To send push notifications for calendar events and alliance activity
To coordinate event planning among alliance members
To display times correctly based on your device's time zone
Information Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. Your data is shared only within your alliance — other alliance members can see your player name, rank, power levels, and event availability responses. No data is shared with third parties except as needed to operate the App (push notification delivery via the Expo push service).
Data Retention
Your data is retained as long as your alliance account is active. You may leave your alliance at any time through the App, which removes your membership data from the alliance.
Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Security
Passwords are never stored in plain text. All communication between the App and our servers is encrypted in transit.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
