How to Request Account Deletion

To request deletion of your PAKX account and associated data, email:

c.accuracy1st@gmail.com

Include the following in your email:

• Subject line: "Account Deletion Request"

• Your PAKX username

• Your alliance code (if known)

Your request will be processed within 7 business days.

Data That Will Be Deleted

The following data associated with your account will be permanently deleted:

• Username and password (hashed)

• Alliance membership and role

• Calendar entries you created

• Votes, RSVPs, and availability responses

• Feedback you submitted

• Push notification tokens

• Device time zone

• All app-generated content tied to your account

Data That May Be Retained

• Anonymized log data may be retained for up to 30 days for security and abuse prevention purposes.

• Data shared with other users (e.g., messages posted in alliance-wide chat, votes cast on events that affect the alliance as a whole) may be retained in aggregate form but will be dissociated from your account identity.
