Customers should independently verify the rider, vehicle and service details before using any service.
Customers are responsible for:

Riders are responsible for:

Pakistan Ride is a platform for connecting customers and riders. Pakistan Ride does not operate, control, own or manage the vehicles used by riders.
Pakistan Ride is not responsible for accidents, injuries, death, theft, loss of property, vehicle damage, delays, disputes, fare disagreements, misconduct, negligence or any other incident arising during or in connection with a journey or service arranged between a customer and rider.
Customers and riders are responsible for their own safety and decisions.
In the event of an emergency or accident, users should contact the appropriate emergency services or authorities.
Pakistan Ride does not determine or guarantee the fare.
The customer and rider are responsible for discussing and agreeing on the fare directly.
Pakistan Ride is not responsible for any dispute regarding the agreed fare or payment between the customer and rider.
Pakistan Ride may provide options that allow customers and riders to contact each other by phone call or SMS.
Communication takes place between the users. Pakistan Ride is not responsible for the content, conduct or outcome of communications between users.
The availability status shown in the application is provided for convenience and may change at any time.
Pakistan Ride does not guarantee that a rider will remain available after appearing in the application.
Users must not use Pakistan Ride for unlawful activities, fraud, harassment, threats, dangerous activities or any activity that violates applicable laws.
Pakistan Ride may restrict or remove accounts that violate these terms.
Pakistan Ride attempts to provide useful and accurate information, but does not guarantee that all rider, vehicle, availability, price or other information is always complete, accurate or current.
Users should verify important information directly with the other party.
